What is BIKKOA?
BIKKOA® is a brand specialized in high-performance sports glasses, created for athletes seeking maximum eye protection, comfort, and style in every training or competition.
Our glasses are designed for cycling, running, and padel, combining advanced optical technology, ultra-light materials, and an ergonomic design that adapts to movement and the most demanding conditions.
At BIKKOA®, we believe vision is key to performance. That's why each model offers superior optical clarity, full protection against UV rays, and impact resistance, without sacrificing the contemporary design that characterizes the brand.
Our goal is to accompany you in every challenge — whether on the road, the track, or the mountain — with glasses that perform at the same level as you.
How can I buy on the BIKKOA WEBSITE?
Click on the "Gafas deportivas" menu item to see which sports eyewear are currently available in our online store.
Click on the item you would like to buy. On the product description page, you will find all the information about the item you have selected (including images, specifications, and prices).
Click the "Add to cart" button to add the eyewear you have chosen to your shopping cart. Then you can choose whether to continue shopping or "Go to checkout."
You can place your order as a guest, using your existing account, or by creating a new account.
In your shopping cart, you will see a list of all the items you have selected. You will also have the option to remove or change the quantity of any item in your cart. Additionally, you will see the total price of your order, including VAT.
Please enter your details (first and last name, email address, and delivery address). If your delivery address is the same as the billing address, select the corresponding option or, if not, provide the correct billing address. We can only ship to addresses within the country corresponding to the online store you are using.
Next, select the payment method you want to use (credit card, bank transfer, Amazon Pay, or PayPal) and enter your payment details.
To finalize your order, review the items in your shopping cart once more and confirm that you have read and accepted our General Terms and Conditions (TCG). Then you will be redirected to our payment service provider to complete your purchase using the chosen payment method. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page on the Bikkoa website. You will also receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In some exceptional cases, it may take a little longer before you receive the confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can do it before the order is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible through our form or by writing to hola@bikkoa.com
What is the warranty for Bikkoa sports glasses and their replacement parts?
We control the quality of each product. However, in rare cases, there may be some manufacturing defect. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please indicate it in the email. hola@bikkoa.com attaching photographs of the damage. In this case, Bikkoa will assume 100% of the cost and replacement of the product.
Products damaged as a result of excessive use over a long period of time will not be considered defective.
Bikkoa will cover the shipping costs in case of returns due to product defects as long as the pickup is scheduled by Bikkoa within Spain and Portugal, and in NO case if the customer arranges it outside the aforementioned territories. In cases where shipping costs are borne by the customer, Bikkoa will provide the address to which you must send the package by your own means. If you need help finding a shipping agency, you can request it.
If you purchased your glasses at one of our associated opticians, please contact them to obtain all the details of your warranty.
If my glasses break, where can I get them repaired?
If you bought your sports glasses at one of our opticians or partner stores, they will be able to take care of the repair if necessary.

Can I repair or replace my glasses at no cost?
If your glasses are still under warranty, our associated optician or we ourselves will be happy to repair them at no cost. Contact us if you need to arrange a repair. We can also answer any questions you may have about the warranty.

What makes Bikkoa glasses so special?
At Bikkoa, our glasses are made exclusively with ultralight, durable materials of high quality standards such as TR90. Carbon and Titanium. This guarantees a non-slip, pressure-free, and secure fit.
Are they designed for a specific sport?
We have models optimized for cycling, Running, and paddle, although many eyewear are multisport. Each design is adapted to the needs of each discipline:
- Eyewear Cycling: total coverage, ventilation, and non-slip fit.
- Eyewear Running: extreme lightness and anti-fog lenses.
- Eyewear Pádel: side protection, high clarity, and glare reduction.
What type of lenses do they use?
Our glasses incorporate high-definition (HD) polycarbonate lenses, with UV400 protection, filtering 100% of UVA and UVB rays. They are impact-resistant, hydrophobic, lightweight, and guarantee clear and distortion-free vision.
What are the advantages of polarized lenses?
Bikkoa polarized lens glasses offer you additional protection against intense sunlight and strong reflections. Our polarized lenses guarantee relaxed vision and prevent rapid eye fatigue.
Remember that using polarized glasses may limit your ability to see images on liquid crystal displays, such as those on smartphones, laptops, and dashboards, etc.
What are the advantages of Bikkoa photochromic/Revo lenses?
This combination of filters offers all the advantages of Photochromic and Revo lenses in a single product: greater brightness and contrast, balanced vision during rapid changes between light and shadow, and a photochromic filter that automatically adjusts to changing conditions.
What are the frames made of?
Our frames are made of TR90, an ultra-light, flexible, and impact-resistant material. It guarantees comfort even during long sessions and prevents deformation from heat or sweat.
We also have Carbon Sports Eyewear with carbon frames, designed to offer maximum lightness, resistance, and stability, even in the most demanding conditions.
Carbon fiber is a premium material used in sectors such as aeronautics and professional cycling, providing a unique combination of structural strength and ultra-lightweight.

Do the glasses fog up easily?
No. Some models incorporate strategic Air Vents and anti-fog treatments that maintain visibility even in conditions of high humidity or intense effort.
Are the temples or the nose bridge adjustable?
Yes. Most models feature an adjustable nose bridge and non-slip rubber temples to ensure a firm and personalized fit, preventing slipping during activity.
How should I clean and store my BIKKOA® glasses?
Always use the included microfiber case or cloth. Avoid using paper or rough fabrics. If there is dust or sweat, rinse with lukewarm water and dry gently.
Do not use products with alcohol or ammonia as they can damage the lens coatings. Use only water and neutral soap.
Always store them in their hard case or protective cover to avoid scratches or impacts when not in use.
How can I make a payment on the Bikkoa website?
Our main payment methods are the following:
CREDIT CARD
Credit and debit cards (MasterCard, VISA, and American Express), through the ADDON PAYMENT payment gateway of CAIXABANK that guarantees the security of your payments.
PAYPAL
You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account, without sharing financial information with BIKKOA.
BANK TRANSFER
Your order will be activated from the moment we receive the full amount, and it will be shipped when we have all the products complete. Our bank details are as follows:

All payments will be made through a connection by redirecting the buyer's browser. In this way, the selection of the payment method and the input of data will take place in the secure environment of the bank's server and outside the responsibility of BIKKOA.
In this way, all payments will be encrypted using secure technology with authentication mechanisms such as 3D Secure, where the card issuer directly requests the cardholder a secret data that provides more security to purchases, and at no time will the buyer's card or account data be recorded or visible to any member of BIKKOA.
Returns and refunds.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, BIKKOA offers you the possibility to return the purchased items as long as they were bought directly through our website bikkoa.com and you are within 14 calendar days from when you received the order.
In the case of having purchased the product at one of the official BIKKOA sales points, contact the store to process the return.
Before starting the product return process, keep in mind that the items must be inside their original packaging, and they must be in "PERFECT CONDITION," that is, unwashed and unused, retaining their tag. Please make sure the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage during transport so it arrives in the perfect condition it was sent to avoid problems in this process.
HOW TO START THE RETURN PROCESS
1. Write to hola@bikkoa.com indicating your order number and whether you want a return or size exchange.
2. From our returns department, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your return or size exchange with a return number. The number assigned to your return or exchange must be indicated on the return form.
3. Download the Return Form at the following link Download return form
4. Fill out this return form with your details, order number, return number, information about the product to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return.
5. Include the return form along with the product or products to be returned.
The customer will bear the return shipping costs. The customer must send the return at their own expense, including any associated customs costs, using the shipping method chosen by the customer.
If you cancel your order or return any item, any payment we have received from you for these will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after we receive the notification or the products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order (unless otherwise agreed).
Avoid damaging or dirtying the products and, if possible, return them in their original packaging, including all accessories (with any protective packaging). You can cancel your order within the first 14 days, even if you no longer have the original packaging. In this case, pack the item properly to ensure it is not damaged during transport.
Who assumes the return costs?
For returns due to error or defective product, BIKKOA covers all expenses. If it is due to personal preference, the costs are borne by the customer.
How long does the refund take?
Once the product is received and reviewed, the refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Do I have to create an account to place an order in the Bikkoa online store?
It is not necessary to have an account to place an order in the Bikkoa online store. You can also place an order as a guest.
If you decide to create an account, you will be able to check the status of your current and previous orders at any time and update your billing and shipping address.
I cannot log into my account. What should I do?
Check that you have entered the correct login details. If you have forgotten your password, click on «Have you forgotten your password?» and enter your email address. We will send you a link by email to reset your password.
What are the shipping costs?
For Spain and Portugal, shipping is free for orders with a purchase value over 130 €. For all orders under 130 €, a shipping fee of 4.99 € will be charged.
In some countries, Sport Needs SL may not cover the return shipping costs.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?
If you have created a customer account, you can log in to check the delivery status of your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation and a tracking code from the carrier who will deliver your order.
