RETURN PROCESS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, BIKKOA offers you the possibility to return the purchased items as long as they were bought directly through our website bikkoa.com and you are within 30 calendar days from when you received the order.

In the case of having purchased the product at one of the official Bikkoa sales points, contact the store to process the return.

Before starting the product return process, please note that the items must be inside their original packaging, and they must be in "PERFECT CONDITIONS." Please make sure the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage during transport and so it arrives in the perfect condition it was sent to avoid problems in this process.

HOW TO START THE RETURN PROCESS 

 

  1. Write to hola@bikkoa.com indicating your order number.   
  2. From our returns department, you will receive a confirmation email for your return with a return number, as well as a Return Form. You must indicate the number assigned to your return on the return form.     
  3. Fill out this return form with your details, order number, return number, information about the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.      
  4. Include the return form along with the product or products to be returned. 

     

The customer will bear the return shipping costs. The customer must send the return at their own expense, using the carrier of their choice.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

BIKKOA offers free returns within 30 calendar days from when the customer receives their order. Once you start the return process and the product arrives at our facilities, the items will be inspected. Once it is verified that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, the corresponding refund will be processed within 7 business days.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND REPAIRS

We control the quality of each product. However, in rare cases, there may be a manufacturing defect. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please indicate it in the email hola@bikkoa.com attaching photographs of the damage. In this case, Bikkoa will assume 100% of the cost and replacement of the product.

Products damaged as a result of excessive use over a long period of time will not be considered defective.

Bikkoa will cover the shipping costs in case of returns due to product defects as long as the pickup is scheduled by Bikkoa within Spain and Portugal, and in NO case if the customer arranges it outside the aforementioned territories. In cases where shipping costs are borne by the customer, Bikkoa will provide the address to which you must send the package by your own means. ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS

You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. That is, even if payment has been made, the order has not left our facilities.
