Furthermore, the Holder reserves the right to interrupt access to their website at any time and without prior notice if deemed necessary, whether for security, control, maintenance reasons, power supply errors, or any other cause. Regarding the use of interactive services that, in any way, allow the user to share content through the website, such as the forum and, where applicable, any others that may be offered in the future, it will be in accordance with the law, these Terms, any specific conditions, and, where applicable, morality, good customs, and public order.
5. Contents
The contents of the website are made available to the user by the Holder as their own information or, where applicable, from third parties. The Holder will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents included on their website are accurate and up to date.
6. Third-party links to the Holder's website
The Internet user who wishes to include a link from their website to the Holder's website must obtain prior written authorization from the Holder. Additionally, they must comply with the following obligations:
-
The link will only connect to the main page, unless there is express authorization to redirect to a secondary page, which in no case may be reproduced in any form.
-
It is expressly prohibited to establish frames of any kind that enclose the website or allow the display of information, activities, services, or products through Internet addresses other than those of this website.
-
The link or linking page may not carry out activities or place devices that are contrary to laws, morality, or public order.
-
Under no circumstances shall false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements about the Owner be made from the website where the link is located.
-
The sender may not use the graphic or mixed trademark or any other distinctive sign of the Owner within their own website, except in cases expressly authorized by the Owner.
-
The establishment of a hyperlink does not imply any relationship between the Owner and the owner of the website where it is established, nor the acceptance and approval by the Owner of its content or services.
7. Industrial and Intellectual Property
All content (hereinafter, the "Content") on the website is the intellectual property of the Owner or, where applicable, third parties, unless otherwise specified. By way of example only, Content includes texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes.
Likewise, trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are the exclusive property of the Owner or, where applicable, third parties, unless otherwise specified.
The User must respect all Intellectual Property rights over this website at all times.
Specifically, reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding, or use of any kind, by any means or procedure, of any of them is prohibited, except in cases legally permitted, that is, authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights.
Notwithstanding the above, the User may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the Content for their exclusive personal and private use on their computer systems (software and hardware), provided it is not for commercial or professional activities, nor for distribution, modification, alteration, or decompilation.
8. Advertising
The website may host advertising or sponsored content. Advertisers or sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the website complies with the regulations applicable in each case. The Owner will not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or irregularities that third-party advertising or sponsor content may contain.
9. Responsibility
In any case, the User will be liable for all kinds of damages that the Owner may suffer as a result of the User’s failure to comply with any of the obligations imposed by this Legal Notice or, where applicable, by the particular conditions that apply.
9.1 Access to the Website
The Owner is not responsible for any damages of any kind caused to the User due to failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the website service during its provision or beforehand.
9.2 About service quality
Access to the Portal does not imply an obligation on the part of the Owner to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer elements. It is the User's responsibility, in any case, to have appropriate tools for detecting and disinfecting harmful software.
The Owner is not responsible for damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
9.3 About Content
The Owner is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the website nor for damages caused to the User or third parties due to actions based solely on information obtained through the website.
9.4 About links
The web access service includes technical linking devices that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals. In these cases, the Owner acts as an intermediary service provider and will only be responsible for the content and services supplied on the Linked Sites to the extent that they have actual knowledge of the illegality and have not disabled the link with due diligence.
If the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, they may notify the Owner, following the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without this notification implying any obligation to remove the corresponding link.
The existence of links should not imply the existence of agreements with the persons responsible for or owners of them, nor the recommendation, promotion, or identification of the Owner with the statements, content, or services provided.
The Owner is not aware of the content and services of the links and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error, or uselessness of the content and/or services of the links, nor for any other damage not directly attributable to the Owner.
10. Legislation
These Access Conditions are subject to Spanish law.
